Dilapidation Inspections
Our Dilapidation Inspections are very extensive to ensure the subject property has a full current condition assessment. This will ensure that any claims in the future have the appropriate evidence to ensure all parties are protected. We provide Pre-Construction and Post Construction Dilapidation Services.
Asset Inspections
Our Asset inspections provide the client with an experts opinion on the general condition the asset being inspection. This will ensure the asset owner maintains the asset correctly and it remains consistently serviceable in the long term.
